Best Tribal Council Ever.....

At the beginning of this game, I wanted Russell off so badly...now...I can't root for him enough.  Last week...the galou tribe got him to play his hidden immunity idol for no reason at all...and ditched what's his bucket.  So the big plan...vote him out this week...teehee...he found the hidden immunity idol again.  Too bad Laura won the immunity idol competition, because that would have been a bigger shocker then sending home Kelly.  The looks on their faces were AWESOME!

Survivor catch up...

I'm finally caught up on Survivor...and I hate to say it...but I kind of like Russell now.  He seems to have mellowed out a bit and he really is a good player when it comes to the competitions...of course, he will probably get nasty again now that they are going to merge this week.  I was a little bummed to see the girl go over whiney boy...oh well!

From the previews it looks like we will see what we always see...the smaller "weaker" team laying low...while the larger "stronger" team picks each other off...funny how that always happens.  

I'm a huge slacker...

Seems like if I get away from my daily blog about sweet reality tv, that I get so behind, I'm not even sure how to catch up...so here is how I feel about what has happened in the past week...

Hell's Kitchen: the correct final 3 is the correct final 3.  It will be interesting to see who will be up against the bald guy (let's be honest...you know who I am talking about better then if I used his name)...but I am pretty sure that "Kevin" will win the whole thing...just my opinion.  Can I just say that I am a little annoyed by his language...mostly because he has a small child that will be watching the show and seeing a whole lot of bleeps and cloudy mouths due to his use of those 4 letter words.  Guess he can't go telling the little one not to use such language if he does on national tv...I'm just saying.

Amazing Race: I kinda skimmed through this past Sunday's episode...I'm not sure why, maybe because I had a ton of other shows to get through....I wasn't sad about the older couple going home.  They seemed so nonchalant about the challenges...I guess it's a good thing they had a good time!

So you think you can dance: I'm SO glad we are finally in Vegas! I am SO glad that many of the people they spotlighted in the first few weeks have gotten the boot! I am SO glad that Dance doesn't promote their top 20 prior to them being in the top 20...it's fun that we usually don't have a clue who any of them are when the real comp begins!  Did any one else notice the blond curly hair girl.  They put here through to Vegas after her city try-out on Tuesdays show...isn't she the younger sister of Kaitlyn from last season (sucky Kaitlyn that stayed in the top 20 way too long).  I'm pretty sure that was her...how come they didn't remind us of this...is it because she makes the top 20 this year and they don't want her to have an unfair advantage???  I'm just curious!  Oh, and in case you are wondering.....I LOVE this show!  I LOVE the judges!  I LOVE nappytabs (just wanted to remind you all)....can't wait till next week and more Dance!

Project Runway: Last week they worked in teams doing "blue" outfits...what cracked me up about the outfits last week, is the designers who were so proud and sure of their outfits were in the bottom...and the designers that were being made fun of by others were in the top...Awesome! Hey designers, if you are creating an outfit for Macey's you may want to go more ready to wear not runway ready...just a tip from an average dresser.  and this week is the wedding dress challenge...again, the designers that are so sure and cocky are hurtin'...lovin' it.  My girl Althea is staying safe and pretty in the middle for few weeks running.  Irina has been steppin' it up the past few weeks...I think at this rate she will go far!

Survivor: SO So SO happy that loud mouth Ben got the boot last week...I haven't watched this week...in my dreams Russ is gone...but I know that is just a dream. 

Have I missed any shows...Nope...still not watching Dancing with the stars or ANTM...you are on your own there:)

Foa Foa is going to do themselves in...

I can't believe how cocky and arrogant people can be...that Russ guy is killing me...and then he goes and finds himself an immunity idol...well, if that doesn't just beat all.  Then there is Ben...who does this guy think he is.  Pretty sure he didn't make himself any fans with the things he was saying about the chick that got to come to their camp.  Now...don't get me wrong...not a good approach girlfriend...she was killing me...but he was...I don't really even have words for him.  I was so hoping during tribal councel that people would change their mind and vote him off, after he repeated the horrible comments again...but no....nice Betsy was sent home.

It just makes it hard to watch...

I just watched the premiere of Survivor, Samoa, and I have to say, that Russ character makes me want to punch something.  I can't stand people like that.  I understand why they are on the show, but I REALLY want to scream whenever I saw his face.  It's kinda like on Big Brother...if everyone would get to talking, they would see what a slime ball creep he is. What else irritates me..."mister multi-millionaire)...who is just on the show to make life miserable for everyone else...what?! I guess I am just a little irritated...I'll get over it!  I know he will be on the show for weeks to come.

Who does this guy think he is?  He truly is a martyr and good on Erinn for saying it out loud.

My favorite part of the show...the immunity challenge...Coach is all participating like it ain't no thang....then he is looking like he is gonna fall...Taj tells him not to hurt his back again...and then the disintegration begins...it's almost like he forgot the "tall tale" about his owwie back.  Good thing Taj reminded him so he could completely fall apart...come off the challenge and crash on the ground...for Stephen to run to his side (what up with Stephen any way?).  Then just a short while later he's strutting around camp like the dragon warrior he is!

Musta fallen on your own sword tonight my friend...no more gravelling to JT and Stephen for you...join your "friends" on the jury.  And by the way...keep your poems to your self!

Jo-dan...I can appreciate your enjoyment of Coach in the entertainment he provides...but he makes my skin crawl and I just want to punch him..."did you hear me say dragonslayer?"...nice dude....you finally won your first immunity challenge...congrats.  You are lucky, 'cause your little butt would be going home!

Could some one PLEASE explain to me why everyone dislikes her so much?

I just don't understand...she seems nice enough (and not dumb) and she isn't a physical threat.  Why not take out Coach's co-hort Debbie...I just don't get it!

Why is he so full of himself?

I CANNOT stand Coach.  He creeps me out...he thinks he is so fantastic!  Out to teach everyone the great life lessons that he has learned Pah-lease! And seriously...the dragon warriors...give me a break!!!  Why is everyone following Coach and Tyson...I don't even get it!  And I also don't understand the hate for Sierra...I actually don't mind her at all!  Am I missing something?  The other thing that kills me...how they are so angry at her for doing exactly what they were doing...aligning with someone to go after others...so since she didn't follow Coach she is a bad person...AHHHHH...I wonder why I watch this show...it frustrates me so!

And now...poor Sierra is on the chopping block.  Hello...take out the strong players dummies!  Hallelujah...they actually did it...someone had the "___" to go against "their word" and play for them self!!!  Oh...I can't wait till next week!  See ya Tyson...I am SO glad you are out of the running for the million dollars!!!

Next week:  Oh look....coach is looking for Sierra's help...interesting!!!!

On a side note....I am so hoping Taj or JT win it all!

Survivor...

Sierra's face says it all for me...I am SOOOO angry.  I can't believe that they voted Brendon out...can't even believe it!  That's all I am going to say about this episode!

Survivor contestant Taj...has been labeled as a former pop star...I kept thinking...who is she?  Of course, I never took the time to look her up, but thanks to Jo-dan I now know!

Does the name sound familiar...'cause I am sure the picture doesn't help.  I LOVED SWV...they came out during my years in Jr. High...and continued a bit into my HS years.  As a huge fan of R&B...I was also a huge fan of these girls.  I don't think I really cared what they looked like...but enjoyed their songs on the radio.  I am so glad that I know where Taj started...she is one of my favs on the show...so I am glad she was a fav of mine as a 13 year-old.

Eat your heart out Destiny's child...you ain't got nothing on SWV...or TLC for that matter. (not that DC is even still together...just wanted to put that out there).

Say Farwell...

Spencer...the most recent Survivor player to be "voted out".

I can't say that I am sad, because the tribe was saying it was between him and Taj...and I like Taj and want her to stick around!  I'm getting a little worried about Taj and her outbursts.  I really want to see the "exile island alliance" play out when the tribes merge...so I hope for that sake, they can keep it together and those 4 players can stay in the game for a little longer!!!

The eliminated!

Due to AI running long (I guess announcing a 13th top 12 member takes longer then 60 minutes) I didn't get the last few minutes of Hell's Kitchen...which I am totally bummed about since this girl finally got the boot...and she wasn't even put up by her fellow chefs to be eliminated...Chef Ramsey didn't like the culinary teacher from the first episode.  It's amazing she made it this far!

And then there was survivor.  Another mostly uneventful episode where the pretty girl stays in the game 'cause they guys can't vote out their eye candy...

Poor Sandy has to go...I guess no guys want to flirt with her and let her wear their boxers...

I guess you can call me a fan...

I have only ever been a Survivor finale watcher...I decided this season that I would watch the whole thing...and so far I haven't been disappointed.  There are still way to many contestants to keep track of...but I am liking the cross team alliance of Brenden and Taj....I hope it works out for them!  My annoyance of the season...."Coach"....who does he think he is...I like to call him "Renegade"...

Oh...and yes, it was sad to say farewell to Jerry...but when you are sick...you are going home!

A few shows of note...

The Bachelor...I didn't comment on Monday, because the day just got away from me...I was highly disappointed that Jillian was sent to the curb...really disappointed...but I guess it is not me that is marrying any of these girls, so I shouldn't care so much.  On a more fun/angry note...there are rumors of a "shocking ending"....my cousin J alerted me to all of this.  They made a comment that "due to sensitive material the final rose show would be taped with a very small crowd"...J thought maybe it was 'cause Molly got pregnant during that "tent date"...but then she found all of this....http://realitysteve.com/...if you don't want to hear the secrets/rumors or be disappointed...don't go there and read...It will be interesting to watch the show the next couple weeks.

True Beauty...this week's challenge...a red carpet event...that you get to attend with your mother.  Walk the red carpet and then talk to all the people in the room....DUMB!!!! Ashton Kutcher's mom was there as a secret judge to help the judges know who she thinks has true inner beauty.  Anyway...Laura Leigh and Joel were sent to the "hall of beauty to face the judges".  Laura Leigh is young...immature...and very self-absorbed.  Joel is not as young...very angry...and self-absorbed.  I was irritated that the judges kept talking about how gorgeous they both are.  Laura is more cute then gorgeous and Joel is too pretty.  Anyway...the judges seem to have lost the true focus of the show as well.  But Laura Leigh was sent home...even the Joel is one of the most angry people I have ever seen.  We are now down to Joel, Julia and billy.  Julia is the only one that has never been to the "hall of beauty:  She is a little into herself....I think 'cause she is a pageant girl and is very pretty.  But she is also genuine and seems nice.  Billy is an idiot and can't figure anything else.  And you know my thoughts on Joel.  If Julia doesn't win the whole thing...then this show really isn't about inner beauty.

Survivor...Nothing really big happened this week.  They played a brutal game of "basketball" where we saw more blurred out boobs and butt-cracks then shots being made.  Really ladies...?  When your bathing suit barely stays in place when you are being interviewed...it's not gonna stay in place during a competition.  I'm wondering if maybe one-piece suits and board shorts aren't sold in all parts of the country....!  Then Candice was sent home from the black team...and the "first-blind side" of the game occurred.  Oh please, she was the 2nd person sent home...no one will remember her at the reunion show.  Note to future players...if you want to stay in the game for longer then 5 days...don't be bossy or negative.  Shut your mouth and work hard!!!

And then there's Hell's Kitchen, where there is more bleeps then words.  Okay, so the cow butcher house almost made me think going vegetarian...not because I think they are being cruel to the dead cows...but that was A LOT of meat all over the place.  And then the girls lost the challenge and had to butcher 2 cows....more gross.  I was going to list my top 3 idiots each week...but I think, at this point, I would have to just keep listing the same 3 idiots....'cause they haven't been sent home yet.  I'm still more impressed with the girls then the boys.  There are about 3 girls that I really like and do a decent job each week.  Lacey still needs to be punched and the teacher Connie needs to never enter a kitchen again.  Seth needs to get over himself and his lack of cooking ability...and Giovanni needs to not work at a steak house...since most of his steaks cooked last night got sent back.  Funniest part of last night...Lacey telling another girl she has a "bitch-switch".  My former boss "D" told me my "bitch-switch" was stuck in the on position (this was after I told him I thought I had one)...2nd funniest part...when the boys (who were serving the girls dinner service) brought back a couple of steaks that the customers wanted cooked longer...they had asked for medium rare and then decided they weren't cooked right...Chef Ramsey cut them open and then shoved them back at the boys saying they were "PERFECT"....awesome.  The boys lost and lip piercing guy got sent home...

I actually remembered and caught the season premiere.  Do you know that this is the only show on Thursdays at 7 that I am even interested in watching...I know, it is hard to believe.  I loved the initial twist...without having spoken, vote for someone and they won't be taking "this journey"...I immediately told D (before they even voted) that the person being voted for wasn't leaving the show....they just wouldn't be going on a 4 hour hike to camp...AND...they would be pissed at everyone for "voting them out".  So when old Lady Sandy and streppe throat Sierra got on the helicopter you better bet I was thinking those 2 better get that camp in order.  Sierra did a good job...Sandy became obsessed with the idol, which she never found because she can't figure out what "10 paces" is...awesome.  I am glad that Caralina was sent home...her bossy and whiney nature would get on my nerves.  

Now this guy...Tyson...the "not your typical mormon" that stripped down naked when they were going to get water...just makes my blood boil!  Must make others too...cause on the CBS website...all the contestants have atleast 100 fans...and Tyson has 48....

BOB!!!!

Thank you Jo-dan for informing me that the finale was last night.  I am not a huge Survivor fan, but I tend to watch towards the end of the seasons...I just can't handle the long week to week wait to whittle down the many contestants.  I'm glad that I was able to watch last night, mostly because I so wanted Bob to take it all, so I'm glad to see it happen.  I was so nervous when Susie won the immunity and there was a chance that Bob would go home.  Good on Sugar to make it a tie and allow the true Survivor to earn their way into the final 3!!!

I loved the Jury question time...mostly because I loved that Sugar had no apologies and no regrets.  Corinne was "nasty" and Sugar didn't even respond (verbally) to the nastiness...which I was really glad for.  

I hope you all enjoyed the ending to another season...and I hope you are all as happy as I am that Bob took the money!!!

Instead of one new tribe...we got 2!  Too bad the "final 6" group was separated and can't run the show...even more sad is what Corinne will be when she sees next week that Marcus was eliminated!
