Katherine Heigl is calling

So I know that this is not reality tv...but it is reality. My cousin Mac (http://www.bedinz.blogspot.com/) is "nannying (sp?)" for her brother (also my cousin) and his wife f(my fav cousin-in-law) for about 6 weeks. The other day Mac heard the phone ring and when she looked at the caller ID it said Katherine Heigl...she just stared until my cousin-in-law "A" answered....What???

So A grew up with KH, went to HS together...KH even attended A's wedding to my cousin "S" in '99. Now she is a rich and famous Emmy award winning actress living in CA, but calling a stay-at-home mom of 3 in NC...What???

I know it all sounds crazy, but it is true. My cousin-in-law is friends with Katherine Heigl and she still takes the time to call A. I have been a huge fan of KH because of Grey's anatomy (seriously fav show, almost, of all time) and I think that it is crazy!!!!

Just thought I would share...makes me like her even more for staying grounded enough to remain connected to friends from HS...especially since I hardly can ever do that!
