Disney: ohh...he should talk to her about how he can get a show like Hannah Montana. "Crazy little thing called love". If Simon doesn't call this corny after call Lee corny, I'm gonna be M-A-D. Seriously? He just Gene Kelley'd down the stairs...give me a break. Maybe he should start doing the jitter bug. Aaron: Why did Ryan write down the question? shouldn't he have handed it to Aaron? AND he has a crush on Miley...shocker...."I don't want to miss a thing" (don't really like when people sing my Steven Tyler hits)...I didn't hate it...but I'm not jumping off the couch. You just can't compare to Steven Tyler and the emotion behind that song...balled during Armageddon...BALLED! Awesome Ellen...totally 3rd grade...in fact...Aaron just earned his nickname.
***Do you all know how short Ryan is... he's short...Joel Mchale makes a joke about it every Friday night...it's funny...have you noticed that the boys on the show are his height or shorter...short genes going on this year on Idol.
Crystal: "Mean bobby mcgee" (Janice...no surprise). Likin' the hair up. This girl has SO MUCH talent....wowza I love her! Thank you Simon...she shouldn't change...guitar is her thing and she should keep it...just a great performance!
Cocky is next...have I mentioned I can't STAND HIM. "When a man loves a women". He's not singing to you Miley...he's singing to himself...blech, I can't stand him. I know the judges are gonna praise the crap out him, but I just will never like him...I am SO Glad the judges weren't loving it...SO glad! It was too much 'cause he thinks he's all that...maybe America will feel the same and put down the phone.
David's man crush...I mean Andrew (teehee): If Miley's suggestion of putting the guitar down backfires I'm gonna be pissed. "heard it through the grapevine". I do really love his voice...he just seems a bit awkward without the guitar. Judges always bag on him...here we go again. I am pretty sure he has let go of the Paula moment...would you please let it go?!
Katie: "Big Girls don't cry" (oh dear...not my boyfriend's wife's song). So far a good choice for her. Okay...I'm hearing pitchy. She's sounding a little pitchy. Now, Fergie isn't the best "vocalist" but Katie is kinda killing this song and not "killin' " in a good way...she ain't got nothin' on fergis...sorry, not good. Pitch issues...funny...a recording studio could fix that:) Does for so many young singers who CAN'T SING!
Casey: "Power of Love". Ok...this is a good song for him...maybe it's because he sounds EXACTLY like the original. Did you know that when I was little I bought my dad a huey lewis and the news cassette tape for Christmas? Just thought you would like to know. Oh...back to Casey...we agree with Simon.
Didi: "Your no good". I like her voice...very unique, but in a good way. I liked this performance, or vocal, if you will:) I disagree Randy. I didn't think it was as bad as the judges heard...hmmmm...am I hearing things wrong...it is past my bedtime.
Siobahn...going last...hmmm...stacked? I think so...what up with the hair and outfit...she's a weird chick. "superstitious" Is she gonna start on the stairs every week? Seems like everybody thought it was a good idea to have the band (or part of the band) on stage this week. And there's the scream...seriously? every week? YUCK! I don't get her. screeching is amazing? I don't think so...I can screech...should I go for AI...(jam it jo-dan, I know I'm too old).:)

Wow, 17-yr old Miley Cyrus is going to give advice to these guys - whatever! (I have never cared for her and can't imagine why the producers would select her). I am now just watching the show, and I really enjoyed Lee (I've always loved him). After hearing Paige (wow, that was really painful), I'm guessing her number is up, and I think Tim is second on the list. Aaron was OK, but I couldn't help comparing him to Steven Tyler (I balled, also, TT, when I saw Armageddon, each and every time I saw it - probably about 10 times). Crystal is amazing! She sings so naturally, like she was truly born to sing (that's what they use to tell David A). I wasn't super crazy about her song, but she definitely has a voice.
Everyone seems to love Big Mike (his voice is pretty good if you can get past the ego thing), but I doubt if he will go home today. I like Andrew and hope he goes further, but I wasn't real excited about his song choice. Good grief, with all the #1 songs they had to select from, why that song? Wow, Katie sounded "pitchy," but I really like her. She seems sweet and not into herself. I think Casey sounded great - totally like the original. Didi - I don't care for her style of singing (not to mention the fact that she didn't perform it very well), and I personally am ready for her to go home (although tonight's cut has Paige's name written all over it). So, with that, here's my guesses:
